Smoked Salmon and Avo Paste

PREP TIME: 7 MIN

SERVINGS: 1 small bowl off dip or 4 people as a starter, 2 for lunch

INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe avocado
150 - 200 gms of baked salmon filet
1/4 red pepper
1-2 lemons
2 tbl spoons of hummus
1/2 red chilli
1 clove garlic
2 spring onions

METHOD
Scoop out the avocado, roughly mash

Roughly chop, chilli, garlic, spring onion and red pepper

Add all ingredients to a blender for a smooth pasta. Sprinkle of salt and pepper and juice of 1 lemon.

Blitz until smooth. Add more lemon to taste.

Serve with bread or seedy crackers.
