This type of coaching allows for a deeper level of exploration and understanding compared to group coaching, as it provides a safe and confidential space for the client to open up about their personal issues.

Empowerment is designed for people who want to achieve and identify a vision and goals, with the opportunity to focus on one set key goal.
Over the course of 1 month, you will receive 1 x 90 min session and 1 x 60 min session of private coaching online via Zoom.

Over the course of 5/6 months, you will receive 6, 1 hour sessions of private coaching by Zoom.

Designed for people who want take a really deep hard look at habits, purpose, direction, self-belief, confidence, decision making and value. The benefit of regular coaching sessions helps to keep momentum and ongoing accountability.

This is my premium service where we work together for 12 months.
Grab the bull the horns. Whatever you call it, it’s bossing it all the way. We start with a discovery morning either in person or on zoom, this can be taken as 2 x 90 min sessions.
Over the course of 12-months, you will receive 12 monthly 1 hour sessions of private coaching by Zoom and 12 fortnightly 20 minute keeping in touch sessions via zoom.
