What is coaching?

Transformational health coaching is a form of coaching that focuses on guiding individuals through a process of personal transformation and growth related to their health and well-being.

    Refocus Wellness Audit is a coaching conversation and feedback of an individuals overall well-being practices. It involves evaluating various aspects, including physical health, mental well-being, work-life balance, stress management, nutrition, and fitness programs. The audit helps identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to enhance overall wellness.

    This is a 6 week group, in-person and online course where we take a holistic approach to balancing your body and soul. Equilibrium will give you the opportunity to learn practical and effective strategies to improve your physical, emotional, and mental health.

    This course if for you if you feel out of balance, not quite your best self, stressed, tired, lost with no direction or just needing some time to refocus.
