    The course is delivered over the space of 6 weeks for 2 hrs each week.

    Participants receive a 121 coaching session at the start of the course to delve deeper into their personal goals .

    I coach in setting that meet the needs of my clients, what suits on client does not suit another.

For example, if a client's well-being and overall life satisfaction are significantly impacted by their career or work-life balance, a health coach may address those aspects and provide guidance in addition to their primary focus on health-related goals.
